Kosta Xygkakis

Kosta Xygkakis is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as the Customer Success & Retention Manager at Chargent (by AppFrontier) since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kosta held the position of Global Director of Customer Success at Kognity from March 2018 to February 2025, after previously working as a Customer Success Manager focused on User Onboarding. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Customer Success Manager at Checkmate.io, where Kosta managed client transitions and built long-term relationships, and as Manager of Food and Beverage at Hilton Athens. Kosta also worked at Palladium CPS as Head of Operations and Analyst. Kosta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from ETOILE Institute.
