AppGala is a European mobile app conference started with a simple idea: bring together the people who are serious about growing mobile apps and give them a space to share what actually works.

Founded in 2023 as an ASO-focused community and meetup series in Warsaw, AppGala has grown into a full-scale conference bringing together  app growth professionals — founders, marketers, product managers, and growth leads — across two annual events in Warsaw and Barcelona.

Our one-day program covers the full mobile growth stack: user acquisition, ASO, monetization, product growth, and AI. Sessions are built around real case studies and actionable takeaways.

Each edition closes with a structured networking session and afterparty, giving participants time to continue discussions, exchange perspectives, and explore partnerships in a more informal setting.
