Therese Braun

Therese Braun is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer solutions and technical support services. Currently serving as RVP of Customer Solutions at Appgate since January 2020, Therese leads a team of solutions engineers to ensure effective implementation and high customer satisfaction. Previously, Therese held multiple roles at Cryptzone, a Cyxtera Business, including Regional VP of Technical Support & Services, Global Head of Client Services, and VP of International Partners, where responsibilities ranged from delivering first-class support to managing international channel partner education and engagement. Therese began their career as a Partner Coordinator at Secured eMail and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Gothenburg.
