Christopher Bain is a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at both Georgia Tech and Emory University, focusing on practical solutions for chronic diseases. They are a NSF GRFP Fellow and passionate about the intersection of biomedical engineering, medical devices, and software engineering. Previously, Christopher engaged in various research roles, including analyzing galaxy evolution at the University of Hawaii and predicting ALS occurrence using machine learning at MIT. Their current work includes developing iOS applications and serving as the JEDI Communications Lead for Nucleate. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
