With over a decade of experience in fast-growing tech SaaS start-ups, Florent has previously held leadership positions, including Vice President of Customer Success at iAdvize, where they successfully built revenue-focused teams and implemented impactful customer experience strategies. They began their career in customer success and have consistently driven results by aligning cross-functional teams around common goals. Florent holds an MSc in Management-Engineering from Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management and an MSc in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Nantes.
