Angela Patterson

Angela Patterson has extensive legal experience, serving as Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel for Securities at Appian Corporation from January 2018 to October 2021. Prior to this role, Angela held the position of Vice President and Associate General Counsel at American Capital from January 2004 to January 2017. Angela began a legal career as an Associate at Arnold & Porter LLP between January 2000 and January 2004. Angela Patterson earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Puget Sound in 1996.
