Eliot Gerson

Eliot Gerson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product management and architecture within the AI and software development sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product for AI Modernization at Appian since October 2025, Eliot has previously held significant roles such as Executive Director at Rhino.ai, Principal Architect at ICF, and Principal Research Engineer at Apogee Research, LLC. Eliot began a career in software engineering at Appian Corporation, progressing from a Software Engineer II from August 2015 to October 2020. Eliot holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Vassar College, earned between 2011 and 2015.
