Shubham Pareek's work experience includes being the Founder of Happiest Team, a platform that connects world-class talent to clients for remote work. Shubham is responsible for streamlining the hiring process and connecting clients with vetted engineers. Prior to this, Shubham served as the Chief Executive Officer of Appic Softwares, a company that develops customized mobile applications and websites. Shubham played a key role in driving business outcomes and expanding the company from 0 to 50+ employees. Shubham also worked on opening a new office in Noida.

Shubham Pareek completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from Rajasthan Technical University in Kota from 2011 to 2015.
