Jordan Osterhout

Jordan Osterhout has a diverse work experience. Currently, they serve as the Appinium Support Manager & Administrator at Appinium starting from October 2021. Prior to this, Jordan worked at B&D Pool & Spa for several years. They started as a Sales Associate in April 2011 and later transitioned to become a Field Service Technician from March 2014 to October 2016. Their final role with B&D Pool & Spa was as a Retail Store Manager, which they held from October 2016 to the present.

Jordan Osterhout has pursued a diverse education history. From 2011 to 2013, they attended the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Following that, they studied at SUNY Broome Community College, earning another Associate's degree from 2014 to 2015, this time in Business Sales, Marketing, and Management. Lastly, from 2019 to 2020, Jordan attended SUNY Broome Community College again, this time focusing on Computer Security and Forensics, and successfully obtained an Associate's degree in that field.

In addition to their formal education, Jordan has also obtained several certifications. In August 2021, they received the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. Back in November 2018, they acquired the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA. Lastly, in August 2014, they obtained the Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance.
