Lisa Dubernard

Lisa Dubernard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lisa'smost recent position is as a Sales Enablement and Implementation Consultant at Appinium in 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Principal Consultant focused on Change Strategy at 7Summits, an IBM Company from 2020 to 2022.

Lisa also served as a Senior Digital Change Strategist at IBM in 2019 and as the Manager of Change Enablement and Learning at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, from 2016 to 2020. In their role at Bluewolf, Lisa shifted the focus from driving technology adoption to employee engagement and utilized a multifaceted approach to Change Management.

Before their time at IBM, Lisa was the US Director of Education Strategy at itslearning from 2013 to 2016, where they demonstrated expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and led the development of strategic tools for sales enablement and product positioning.

Prior to that, Lisa was the Owner of Onboard Learning from 2006 to 2013 and worked as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at eBOARDsolutions from 2007 to 2013. In these positions, they provided consultation on sales and marketing strategies and aided in the development of cloud-based management tools.

In their early career, Lisa held the role of Director of Product Management- USA at Promethean from 2002 to 2006, where they were responsible for launching the USA division and introducing the Activclassroom concept.

Throughout their career, Lisa has been dedicated to implementing successful change management and learning strategies, maximizing business value for their clients, and leveraging technology to enhance organizational capabilities.

Lisa Dubernard has a diverse education history. In 1981, they attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on International Business. In 2014, Lisa attended the Universal Design for Learning Summer Institute at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Lisa also obtained a certification in Change Management from Prosci and the Change Management Learning Center, although the specific duration of this program is unknown. Currently, Lisa is enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce, where they are pursuing a 3 X Ranger degree. Additionally, Lisa holds several certifications, including the Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. In terms of non-salesforce certifications, they have an IBM Digital Change Practitioner certification, Education Industry Foundations Badge, IBM Agile Explorer Badge, IBM Industry Foundations Healthcare Badge, and Prosci Change Practitioner certificate. The obtained dates for these certifications range from 2016 to 2021.
