Paul Molloy

Paul Molloy's work experience spans over several decades in the medical industry. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Applaud Medical, Inc. and as the Chairman of the Board at ClearFlow | Improve Cardiac Surgery Outcomes.

Prior to these roles, Paul was the President and CEO of ClearFlow, a venture capital-funded start-up, where they played a key role in designing and manufacturing medical catheter active clearance technology for cardiac surgery.

Before joining ClearFlow, Paul served as President of the Vascular Division at Teleflex Inc./Vasonova Inc. In this capacity, they had global strategic business unit responsibilities, managed manufacturing operations, and led R&D and IP management efforts. Paul also oversaw full balance sheet and P&L responsibility for the ARROW critical care division.

Paul's experience also includes working as the CEO of MiCardia Corporation, where they successfully raised cash and facilitated an IP asset sale to private equity during the 2008 market downturn.

Prior to that, Paul held the position of President and Managing Director at LMA International NV, a publicly listed medical device company. Paul was responsible for the company's overall operations and played a crucial role in establishing its market leadership in airway management devices.

Paul began their career as the Executive Vice President at Radiance Medical Systems and later served as the Vice President of Global Sales at Applied Medical. Paul also worked as the Director of Marketing for Vascular Therapies at US Surgical.
