Scotty Rogers

Scotty Rogers is a lead engineer and co-founder at Applause, a SaaS start-up focusing on employee engagement software. Prior to this, Scotty worked as a senior software engineer at BambooHR where Scotty helped rebuild internal client management web apps. Scotty also served as a lead software developer at Slingshot, Inc., working on key products and tools. Scotty started their career as a software developer at Leavitt Group, gaining valuable experience in JavaScript and frontend development.
