Allison Chung has extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, starting as a QA Software Engineer at Micro Focus in 1994 and progressing to roles such as Lead QA Engineer at both Charles Schwab and Informatica Corporation. Currently, as a Software Community Test Member at uTest (now Applause) since 2011, Allison tests web applications for various functionalities. Additional roles include a User Experience Research Study Participant at Google and a Software Test Consultant at Sonic Buzz, LLC, where software risks and test strategies were defined. Allison holds a BA in Social Sciences with a Computer Science background from the University of California, Berkeley.
