Brooke Taute is an experienced professional with a focus on customer success, digital strategy, and nonprofit collaboration. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Account Manager at Applause since April 2021, Brooke has also held roles such as Strategic Account Development Representative and Senior Digital Quality Strategist, where responsibilities included analyzing Greenhouse Gas emissions, enhancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, and creating digital content.
