Lucas Cai has a diverse work experience in various industries. Lucas started their career at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as an intern in April 2016 and then moved on to Hotel Arts Barcelona where they also worked as an intern from October 2016 to April 2017. In May 2017, they joined La Roca Village as a VIP specialist and stayed until November 2018.

In February 2019, Lucas joined W Hotels as a VIP Lounge employee and worked until October 2019. Simultaneously, from October 2019 to January 2021, they also served as an Operation and support Chinese market specialist at Eatwith. Following that, they became the China Operation and Support lead at Eatwith from January 2021 to June 2022.

Most recently, Lucas joined Applause in June 2022 as a Solution Delivery Manager.
