Manuel Paola has a diverse professional background, ranging from serving in the US Army as a Communication and Comsec Specialist to working as a Web Content Manager at Johnson & Wales University. Currently, Manuel acts as the Sr. Director of Solutions Consultants at Applause, leading the solutions consulting team to support enterprise sales with the full range of products and services offered by the company. Prior to their current role, Manuel also held positions at Thomson Reuters and as a Sales Engineer Manager at Applause. Manuel holds Bachelor's degrees in Computer Information Systems and Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Rhode Island College and the University of Hawaii at Manoa, respectively.
