Prentice Frazier

Prentice Frazier has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Prentice started their career in 1995 at Capital One, where they held technical leadership roles within IT Operations and End User Support teams. Prentice also established and led a PMO for a large business transformation initiative. From 2006 to 2009, Frazier worked at Ceridian as the Manager of IT Quality and Process Management, leading the global System and Software Quality Assurance function. During their tenure, they increased the number of supported projects and improved satisfaction with QA services.

In 2009, Frazier joined Experient Group as an IT Consultant assigned to Chick-Fil-A. Prentice then moved to SunTrust Bank in 2010, where they served as a Test Portfolio Manager until 2014. At Verifone from 2014 to 2016, Frazier built and led a centralized application testing team for the North America line of business. Prentice also grew a global testing team to provide application testing services for multiple concurrent projects.

In 2016, Frazier joined ACI Worldwide as the Director of QA, where they directed a global team of QA resources supporting Corporate/Retail Online Banking and Transaction Banking solutions. Prentice also led a team responsible for application security standards, practices, and compliance.

Currently, Frazier is working at Applause as a Solution Delivery Manager. In this role, they manage the delivery of digital experience services for top-tier clients in the Financial Services, Retail/QSR, and Media industries.

Throughout their career, Frazier has consistently demonstrated their expertise in managing teams, delivering on contract specifications, and improving QA services. Prentice has a strong track record of success in the IT industry.

Prentice Frazier holds a Master's degree in Math/Operations Research from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to that, Prentice earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Virginia Union University. Additionally, Prentice has obtained several certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) from SunTrust Bank in 2014, a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2008, and a PMP certification from PMI in 2005.
