Kristie Servais, PMP

Kristie Servais, PMP has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Kristie is currently the Director of Operations at Heartbeat Health since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at UnitedHealthcare from August 2021 to April 2022.

Kristie's previous roles include Project Director and Senior Project Manager at Optum between January 2020 and August 2021. Kristie also served as a Senior Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group from December 2015 to January 2020.

Before that, Kristie gained valuable experience at Target, where they worked as a Project Manager from August 2011 to October 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing resources, implementing processes, and overseeing the creation and rollout of new systems for multiple stores in Canada. Kristie also served as an Executive Assistant at Target from May 2004 to August 2011, supporting executives and leading various projects.

Kristie's earlier experience includes working as a West Region Project Manager at Checkpoint Systems from January 2002 to July 2004, where they managed the installation of security systems across multiple states. Kristie also held a National Account Manager position at Siemens from 1996 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Kristie has demonstrated strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to successfully handle complex responsibilities in various industries.

Kristie Servais, PMP completed their Bachelor of Social Welfare degree at The University of Kansas from 1992 to 1996. Kristie then obtained their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2015.
