Stacy Betancourt

Stacy Betancourt has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning over 19 years. Stacy began their career at Digital Federal Credit Union in 2003, where they worked as an HR Generalist for almost 9 years. In 2012, Stacy joined Leader Bank as a Human Resources Manager before moving on to Incom Fiberoptics as a Senior HR Business Partner. Stacy then transitioned to Applause in 2015, starting as an HR Manager and progressing to roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Senior Director of Human Resources. Currently, Stacy holds the position of Vice President of People Operations at Applause. Their expertise and experience in human resources make their a valuable asset in managing the People Operations department.

Stacy Betancourt obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Management/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College. Stacy attended the college for an unspecified period and year. Afterwards, they pursued their MBA degree at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Stacy has obtained certifications in "Fair and Effective Interviewing" and "Exploring Unconscious Bias" from The Vernā Myers Company (TVMC) in November 2022 and December 2021, respectively.
