Residing in Grand Prairie, Texas—a suburb of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex—Tim is a business consultant with more than 39 years of experience in nonprofit management and business financing. Tim’s career with a non-profit organization started in Archdiocese, of the Galveston-Houston area, with community groups such as Catholic Charities, Innercity Catholic Schools, The Metropolitan Organization, church credit unions development, and the University of St. Thomas. After college, he worked at AT&T as an equipment financing manager then later served as a Sales Manager for AutoNation Toyota where his team brought the store from 167th to 14th in the nation in sales volume.

During his tenure in corporate America, he has owned several businesses in cosmetics, a religious bookstore, and an IT company which became a government contractor with the Department of Defense for almost two decades. Tim started Apple Capital 11 years ago as an asset-based lending company to help companies that were non-bankable get loans during the 2008 crash, and to provide education courses and information to small businesses; for which he developed a radio show aptly named ‘The Core Business Show”. In 2018, Apple Capital was gifted to Apple Community Development Corporation.

Tim has received numerous awards during his time serving the community in Houston and in 2016 was named by the Small Business Administration one of the ‘Emerging Leaders’ for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. For the past three years to present he has served the community as Vice Chairman for the SCORE Fort Worth Chapter and was named ‘Volunteer of The Year’ in 2018. Additionally, he serves as the Director of Liturgy & Music as well as Pastoral Advisor for Development which he has been doing for 9 years at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Arlington, TX.
