Benjamin Papania, CFE, NCRM, currently serves as the Manager of Fraud and Security at Apple Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities include developing plans to detect and prevent fraud, compiling fraud loss statistics, and preparing organizational fraud training. Previously, Benjamin held roles as a Fraud Analyst, Vendor and Fraud Specialist, and Membership Audit Specialist, where duties ranged from fraud mitigation strategy recommendations to auditing membership records and consulting on complex transactions. Prior experience includes a Teller position at Members Heritage Federal Credit Union and a Co-Manager role at Kroger, emphasizing extensive management and customer service experience. Benjamin holds a B.S. degree from the University of Kentucky.
