Claudia worked at Apple Federal Credit Union from 2011 to the present, holding various positions such as Associate Vice President of Consumer Lending, Associate Vice President of Loan Servicing Operations, and Director of Indirect Lending and Credit Card Operations. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Synergy One Federal Credit Union from 2009 to 2011.
Claudia Stepp attended Strayer University from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Claudia did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, Claudia Stepp obtained a certification in "Getting a Seat at the Table and Making It Count" from LinkedIn in August 2023.
