James Schwab is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Systems Engineer II at Apple Federal Credit Union since March 2021, where responsibilities include escalation support, administration, and maintenance of internal systems infrastructure. Previously, James managed a team of Tier 3 NOC engineers at mindSHIFT and held technical roles focusing on advanced troubleshooting of networking and system issues. James has a comprehensive background in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and cloud services, along with experience in managing service level objectives, system performance, and disaster recovery solutions. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences from ECPI University.
