Rebecca Palmer Browne has extensive work experience in the marketing and communications field. Rebecca started their career at UniTrust Financial Services LLC in 2000 as a Communications Specialist and later became an Assistant Director. In 2005, they joined Apple Federal Credit Union as a Marketing Manager and progressed through various roles, including Director of Marketing, Associate Vice President of Marketing & Brand Management, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Marketing & Communications. Rebecca'sexpertise and experience span over 20 years in the industry.

Rebecca Palmer Browne, CMS, obtained their NYS Regents HS Diploma from Southside High School (now Elmira High School) in 1997. Rebecca then went on to attend Radford University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications, focusing on Public Relations.

In terms of additional certifications, Rebecca obtained the Certified Marketing Specialist certification from CUES in 2010. Rebecca also earned the Certified Expert in Management Leadership certification from Learning Tree International in December 2017. Most recently, in June 2021, Rebecca obtained the LFI'21 certification from Leadership Fairfax.
