Shirl Lakeway is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a System Engineer III at Apple Federal Credit Union since October 2020. In this role, Shirl leads in the areas of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, and Work Management, while also managing a variety of infrastructure and support tasks. Previous positions include Systems Engineer II and Service Desk Engineer III at Apple FCU, as well as a Senior Service Desk Engineer at Cvent and various roles at Microsoft, including Services Advisor and Gaming Expert. Earlier experience includes retail management and teaching guitar, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technical and customer-oriented fields. Shirl holds an Advanced Diploma in General Education from Loudon County High School.
