Jason Bogniard

Jason Bogniard, ASA, CVA, EA, MBA, is a Principal in the Business Valuation department. Jason has more than 20 years of experience valuating businesses, litigation consulting and ESOP valuation and advisory services. As a principal, Jason’s expertise leads the firm’s services for fair market value opinions. Jason is courtroom tested as having served as an expert witness in countless cases, resulting in significant monetary judgements. Having completed more than 750 valuations of closely-held businesses, Jason’s clients have successfully sold their businesses or benefited from his expert witness credibility. Jason delivers experience and integrity to all business valuations, developing sincere relationships with clients as a trusted advisor. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration/Finance degree from Ohio University, Master of Business Administration/Finance from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management and is an Enrolled Agent. He is a founding member of the Young Professionals of Akron (Ohio), past treasurer and board member of the Autism Society of Greater Akron and a past board member for Torchbearers and the Imagine Akron Kindergarten Academy. Jason located in the Beachwood office.
