Warren Friss

Warren Friss is a legal and business executive with extensive experience in growth and legal leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Apple Industries, Inc. since March 2025, Warren has previously held the role of Of Counsel at Einbinder & Dunn LLP from June 2023 to March 2025 and spent over a decade as Managing Partner at Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti LLP. Warren is also the founder of GameHedge and has held prominent positions at The Topps Company, including Vice President of the Sports & Entertainment Division, where oversight included profit and loss management and a workforce of 125 employees. Warren's legal expertise is further highlighted by roles as Vice President and General Counsel at The Topps Company and Corporate Attorney positions at leading law firms. Warren holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University at Albany.
