Ebony Miranda

Ebony Miranda, M.B.A., is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in retail sales and service management. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Retail Sales and Service Manager for Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island at Apple Bank since May 2018, Ebony advances the sales and service capabilities of banking employees to enhance revenue and client experience. Prior to this role, Ebony held various positions at Popular Bank and Popular Community Bank, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President Branch Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Assistant Branch Manager at Dime Savings Bank.
