Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Digital Banking Services Representative at Apple Bank, providing technical support and collaborating to improve online banking usability. Kevin's earlier experience at Rubie's Costume Company, Inc. involved serving as PLM System Administrator and Product Developer, overseeing user management and maintaining product development lifecycles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Cybersecurity from Empire State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminology from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
