Lyubov Slashcheva, DDS, MS, FABSCD, DABDPH, FICD, serves as the Research Director at Apple Tree Dental and has significant experience providing clinical oral health services with a focus on geriatric and special needs populations. Currently involved in multiple leadership roles, Lyubov is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Geriatric Oral Research Group and the President-Elect of the Minnesota Section of the American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master's in Dental Public Health from the University of Iowa, and various graduate certificates in related fields. With a commitment to mentorship, Lyubov actively contributes to the education of emerging professionals in special needs and public health dentistry and serves as a peer reviewer for several dental and health journals.
