Jacobo Zelada Alvarez de Mon has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jacobo started their career in 2002 as part of the news department at Cadena SER. Jacobo then worked in the external relations department at NH Hoteles for a brief period in 2003. Later that year, they joined P&G as an External Relations Manager. From 2004 to 2006, Jacobo worked as a Foreign Trade Advisor in Sao Paulo for the Cámara de Comercio de Madrid, where they advised Spanish companies on investment processes in Brazil and conducted market research. In 2006, they joined Paniagua Consultores as a Business Development Director, a role they held until 2010. Since 2010, Jacobo has been a Managing Partner at APPLE TREE, where they are responsible for leading and implementing changes in communication approaches and processes. Jacobo also served as the Chief Innovation Officer and the NEW THINKING Officer, driving transformative initiatives and promoting diversity and positive change.

Jacobo Zelada Alvarez de Mon has a diverse education history. In 1997, they enrolled at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and completed a Licenciatura degree in Journalism in 2002. During the same period, they also attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism. In 2004 to 2005, Jacobo pursued further education at the Formación Cámara de Comercio de Madrid, focusing on International Business, Trade, and Commerce. Their most recent educational endeavor was in 2019 when they attended ISDI and completed the Digital Business Executive Program, earning a DIBEX degree.
