Akhil Arora

Akhil Arora is a Battery Algorithm Simulation Engineer at Apple, where they apply their expertise in operations research, optimization, and machine learning. Previously, they served as a Data Science Intern at Halliburton, developing a machine learning platform for seismic image interpretation, and as the President of the Texas A&M Energy Research Society, where they organized a major conference and raised significant funding. Akhil has also held research roles at the Indian Institute of Science and Heriot-Watt University, focusing on numerical simulation and surface-engineering processes. They earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, following a Bachelor's degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
