Asaf Manor

Asaf Manor is a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Research Engineer at Apple, where they develop advanced generative AI algorithms for user-facing features in the iPhone’s camera. With experience leading the development of the geometry reconstruction network for Apple's Cinematic Mode, Asaf has significantly contributed to the depth neural networks that facilitate impressive video capabilities. They previously held a position at Mellanox Technologies as a Dynamic Verification Student and earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and Tel Aviv University, respectively. In addition to their professional pursuits, Asaf enjoys climbing, hiking, and spending time with their family.
