Caed Francis

Caed Francis is an experienced leader currently working as a Senior Manager at Apple Retail, where they focus on developing individuals to achieve their best work. They previously held roles at Apple, including Lead Genius and Genius Trainer, where they coached and trained teams in delivering exceptional customer service.
