Caroline Oxford

Caroline Oxford has extensive experience in retail management and project management, with a career spanning over two decades. Since January 2011, Caroline has held various roles at Apple, including WW Desktop Manager Retail Online and Retail Customer Care Admin Team Manager, focusing on enhancing the RCC Admin experience. Prior to Apple, Caroline served as Senior Manager and Manager at The Sports Authority, and as General Store Manager at both Sears Holdings and CompUSA, where responsibilities included overseeing store operations and managing sales teams. Caroline holds an educational background from Harper College, with studies completed between 1990 and 1994.
