Ching-Ching Chen is a seasoned professional in music content business development and strategy, currently serving in the role of Music Content Business Development - Original Content at Apple since May 2022. Previously, Ching-Ching led creator acquisition and artist relations at Twitch from June 2021 to May 2022, and held multiple executive positions at Capitol Records from March 2018 to June 2021, including Vice President for Content Partnerships & Strategy and Digital Strategy & Business Development. Early career experience includes serving as a Sr. Director of Business Development and Chief of Staff, as well as an MBA internship in Corporate Development & Strategy at Universal Music Group in 2016. Ching-Ching holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a dual degree in Economics and International Comparative Studies from Duke University, where academic achievements included graduating cum laude with high distinction in Economics.
