Chris Fujihara has extensive experience in network operations and technical support, beginning with a role as Supervisor at NTT Communications from July 2010 to August 2012, where responsibilities included maintaining WAN network operations for premium customers and troubleshooting major carrier issues. Following this, Chris served as an Engineer at systemsGo from October 2012 to October 2015, leading the support center and providing training for new engineers. Since October 2015, Chris has been contributing to Apple as a member of the WW AppleCare operations team, providing operational platform readiness and moderating cross-regional daily meetings in three languages. Chris holds a degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from Temple University, complemented by studies at Nippon Engineer College.
