Colleen Richards holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Sonoma State University and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Interprofessional Leadership from the University of California, San Francisco. With extensive experience in both medical and corporate environments, Colleen served as a Senior Account Executive at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where responsibilities included outbound business development and fleet sales. Colleen then transitioned to ProTransport-1 as an Emergency Medical Technician, providing comprehensive patient care. At the Regional Medical Center of San Jose, Colleen worked as an ER Tech, monitoring cardiac patients, and later managed the Human Physiology Lab at Apple, overseeing operations and staff development. Engagement continued in clinical research as a Project Manager in Health Studies at Wachovia Bank of GA, focusing on financial solutions for clients.
