Cynthia Bowman

Cynthia Bowman currently serves as VP of Global Talent and People Business Planning at Apple, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Cynthia held multiple leadership roles at Bank of America from February 2016 to May 2024, including Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resources Executive - Chief D&I and Talent Acquisition Officer, and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Prior to Bank of America, Cynthia was a Senior Executive/Partner at Accenture from January 1999 to March 2007 and worked as a Project Manager at AT&T from January 1993 to December 1996. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Organization Behavior from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
