Dan Schmit

Dan Schmit has extensive experience in educational technology and management, currently serving as a Manager and Professional Developer at Apple since September 2008. Prior experience includes functioning as an Instructional Technology Specialist at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln from May 2000 to August 2008 and owning Intelligenic - Inspiring Adventurous Teaching between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, Dan held the position of Coordinator of Resources and Staff Development at the Educational Technology Center of the Nebraska Department of Education from April 1998 to November 1999. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Music and Education from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Instructional Technology from Doane University, complemented by further studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2000 to 2007.
