Dele Ogunseitan

Dele Ogunseitan is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Population Health and Disease Prevention at UC Irvine, where they have been shaping research and education since 2007. They have also served as a Visiting Professor at Stanford University and an Expert for UNESCO's Inclusive Policy Lab. Throughout their career, Dele has contributed significantly to environmental health and policy, including roles such as Jefferson Science Fellow at the National Academy of Sciences and Co-Chair of Apple's Green Chemistry Advisory Board. Their academic background includes a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Tennessee, along with degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University and UC Berkeley.
