Domenico Troiano is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in GPU performance engineering and game development. Since October 2015, Domenico has served as a Staff GPU Performance Engineer at Apple, focusing on optimizing GPU workloads, developing performance analysis tools, and defining next-generation profiling infrastructures. Prior to Apple, Domenico worked as a Principal R&D Engineer at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe from April 2012 to August 2015, contributing to the development of the PS4 and PS Vita. Earlier roles include Tech Team Lead at Geniaware srl, where leadership guided the creation of a next-gen sports simulation game, and a Software Engineer at Thales Alenia Space, specializing in virtual reality applications. Domenico began the career as a Software Developer at Impressionware s.r.l. Domenico holds a Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Junior degree from Politecnico di Torino.
