Eric Robinson

Eric Robinson has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, beginning with a Transportation Operations Intern role at American Logistics in 2016, where Eric managed 700 daily shipments using SQL software. Following this, Eric held various positions at Amazon from 2020 to 2022, culminating as Senior Program Manager focused on automating North American Inbound fulfillment processes and managing a team of over 50 employees. Eric also served as Operations Manager III overseeing logistics improvements across 42 fulfillment centers and held area management roles in both inbound and outbound operations. Recently, Eric has worked at Apple, first as Senior Program Manager for Capacity Planning and currently as Program Manager for Capacity Planning, specializing in reverse logistics and collaboration with stakeholders. Eric's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Brigham Young University and MBA from Arizona State University with a perfect 4.0 GPA, complemented by a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
