Huan Yang Chang

Huan Yang Chang is an experienced engineer specializing in computer vision and sensor calibration, with a strong background in developing advanced technologies for autonomous systems. At Apple from February 2018 to May 2024, Huan Yang held roles as a Computer Vision Engineer focused on vision sensor calibration and as a System Engineer in the Special Projects Group, where responsibilities included sensor calibration for self-driving trucks. Prior to Apple, Huan Yang worked at TuSimple as a Computer Vision & 3D Vision Engineer, contributing to new camera driver development and application integration with ROS. Huan Yang also served as a Research and Development Engineer at Taiwan Implant Technology Company, leading the development of a navigation system for computer-aided surgery. Huan Yang's academic achievements include a Master’s Degree in Robotic Systems Development from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
