Jo Allen is currently the Store Leader at Apple, where they inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results. With previous roles as Senior Manager and Manager at Apple, Jo has built a reputation for developing talent and fostering customer loyalty. Prior to joining Apple, they held various management positions at Macy's and Marshall Field's, and served as Operations Director at Victoria's Secret. Jo is pursuing an M.B.A. in Strategic Management at Davenport University and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Political Science from Michigan State University.
