Joe Miguez

Joe Miguez is the Principal Counsel for Employment Law at Apple, a position they have held since 2022. They are board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and were admitted to practice law in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Joe has previously served as a Senior Counsel at Dell and as a Commissioner on the City of Austin's Human Rights Commission. They are also a veteran of the US Army, where they specialized in signals intelligence and developed training for linguistic proficiency at the National Security Agency. Joe earned their Doctor of Law from the University of Georgia School of Law and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
