Joel Valverde has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Manager at Apple since September 2016. Prior to this role, Joel was the AMBER Maître d' at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from August 2014 to August 2016. Joel's career includes multiple positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where responsibilities ranged from Restaurant Manager to Food & Beverage Intern in various capacities from 2008 to 2014. Joel holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management from Les Roches (2007-2008) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Las Americas, Puebla, Mexico (1999-2005).
