Kartik Jaggi possesses over 22 years of experience in IT operations and project management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Apple Services Engineering at Apple Inc. since August 2011, where leadership is provided for 24X7 operations of Apple Data Centers and oversight for mission-critical environments globally. Prior to joining Apple, Kartik held key roles at Cisco Systems, managing IT Change and Configuration Management, and at 2Wire, Inc. as Manager of IT Infrastructure. Earlier career experiences include responsibilities as Sr. Technical Analyst/Team Lead at Pacific Bell / SBC and Software Development Manager at the Pacific Stock Exchange, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical support, application development, and operations management. Academic qualifications include a BCOM in Economics from Delhi University and a GED in Accounting from Modern School.
