Liz Bacchi

Liz Bacchi is an experienced recruiting professional with a focus on engineering and technical talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Sr Engineering Recruiting Manager at Apple since August 2022, Liz manages recruitment for the newly formed Apple Services Engineering organization. Prior to this role, a tenure at Tesla from October 2017 to July 2022 involved leading a large recruiting team supporting multiple business areas, including finance and IT. Previous experience includes positions as a Principal Technical Recruiter at A9.com, where Liz supported rapid talent acquisition for product and advertising teams, and as Engineering Recruiting Manager at Apple, where a team was led to enhance hiring for engineering roles. Earlier recruiting experience also includes a role at Hara Software, Inc., where key positions were successfully filled. Liz holds a BS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from San José State University.
