Marike Popma is currently the Language Lead for Apple Retail NL, where they focus on globalization efforts. They have extensive experience in language and content editing, having owned Wordquake and served as a senior copy editor for various publications. Marike previously held positions with Amnesty International and the United Nations in addition to working as an editor-in-chief and writing for multiple publications. They earned a BA in Journalism from Fontys Hogescholen and an MA in European Studies and International Relations from the University of Amsterdam.
